Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. Cancel any time:
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Munat.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Munat.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same account, open the pricing screen, and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data is removed within 30 days except where law requires us to keep minimal records.
How do I export my data?
Email privacy@munat.app from the address on your account. We'll send you a machine-readable export within 30 days.
Is my data synced across devices?
Yes — when you are signed in. If you use Guest mode, your data is stored only on that device and is not backed up to the cloud.
Why was my food-recognition suggestion wrong?
AI suggestions are best-effort. You can always correct the product or type the name manually. Please do not rely on the app alone to judge food safety — use your senses and local food-safety guidance.
I found a security issue.
